The system offers two modes: fluorescence intensity and luminous intensity. Fluorescence scanning, kinetic determination, and quantity analysis can be performed under the fluorescence intensity mode.

The 365nm exciting wavelength Raman peak of water in a 1 cm quartz fluorescence cuvette has an S/N ≥ 150, providing high-performance sensitivity that simplifies the measurement of low-detective samples.

The 10-stage gain adjustment can be chosen for emission spectrum scanning, including high-speed low-S/N scanning and precise scanning. The total spectrum scanning can be completed in 1 second.

The system supports both offline and online modes. Under the offline mode, the instrument's computer system offers fluorescence intensity measurement, concentration direct reading, auto 0 adjustment, and auto background subtraction. Under the online mode, quality and quantity software can be used to control data acquisition and analysis through the USB2.0 interface.
